Hi Kris,
The drawing coming nicely however it needs some adjustments:

- The horse: the front of the head is a little delicate, I made it more massive ( more jaw)
- Note the horse chest and the position of the 2 legs are lower.
The rider: I reduce her a little and moved her more to the front. Also I reduced separately  her head to go better with the body .

For the right arm, give a little bending at the elbow The foreshortening is mainly at the forearm ( shorter) and make sure the nice curve  (  Green colour) to give the roundness of the arm seen in that angle. Detach the skull from the horse head for better silhouette.
